Please read these terms before booking a tour, ticket, transfer or activity with Dubai Desert Fun.

The exact inclusions, price, pickup details and cancellation terms shown on your selected tour page and booking confirmation apply to that booking.

1. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after Dubai Desert Fun accepts the reservation and provides confirmation. Please check the tour name, date, guest details, pickup information and selected package before finalizing your booking.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by package, guest type, vehicle type, date, availability or optional activity. The price displayed or confirmed for your selected booking is the price that applies to that reservation.

3. Tour Availability and Changes

Tours, tickets and activities are subject to availability and operating conditions. Timing, route, activity order, attraction access or entertainment may change because of weather, traffic, safety requirements, local regulations, supplier operations or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

4. Pickup and Timing

Pickup windows are approximate unless a specific time is confirmed. Guests should provide accurate contact and pickup details and be ready at the confirmed location. Traffic, weather and operational conditions may affect pickup and return times.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Safety

Guests must follow safety instructions provided by drivers, guides and activity operators. Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant guests or people with certain back, neck, heart or other medical conditions. Guests are responsible for informing us of relevant requirements before booking and for carrying valid identification when required.

6. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions can differ between tours and activities. The specific cancellation terms shown on the selected tour page or booking confirmation take priority. Late cancellations, no-shows or supplier-specific restrictions may affect refund eligibility.

7. Third-Party Attractions and Suppliers

Some tours include or involve services operated by third-party attractions, camps, transport providers or activity operators. Their opening hours, entry rules, safety requirements and operating decisions may apply in addition to these terms.

8. Website Information

We aim to keep tour descriptions, prices, images and schedules accurate. However, details may change as packages and supplier operations are updated. Please rely on the most recent booking confirmation for the final details of your reservation.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during tours, transfers and activities. Please take reasonable care of phones, cameras, wallets, documents and other valuables.

10. Liability and Applicable Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted by applicable law, Dubai Desert Fun is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, traffic, government restrictions or third-party operational changes.
