Dubai Desert Fun provides online information about desert safaris, city tours, cruises, and attraction-based activities in Dubai and nearby destinations. By using the website, you agree to use it for lawful inquiries, genuine booking requests, and information gathering related to travel and leisure services.
You must not use the site for spam, fraudulent inquiries, scraping, impersonation, or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to block abusive requests, suspected bot traffic, or misuse of forms and communications.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Package Information
Prices shown on the website are intended to help guests understand package ranges and available options. Some offers are dynamic and may change based on guest count, date, transfer type, pickup area, add-ons, supplier availability, public holidays, or seasonal demand.
Displayed Prices
Displayed rates are subject to operational confirmation and may differ if the selected package, timing, or transfer arrangement changes.
Custom Packages
VIP, private, buggy, helicopter, and water-based activities may require a manual confirmation before the final payable amount is fixed.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when our team explicitly confirms availability and the final arrangements in writing. An automatic booking reference or request-received email is an acknowledgment only and does not guarantee a reservation. No advance payment or deposit is required; pay on arrival. Cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice before the confirmed tour or pickup time, whichever is earlier (Dubai time). Any later cancellation or no-show charge must be explained before you accept the booking. See our Booking Policy for details.
For experiences that depend on weather, supplier inventory, seat count, or vehicle availability, confirmation may remain subject to final operational approval.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Provide accurate guest names, guest count, pickup details, and reachable contact information.
- Review timing, inclusions, safety notices, and age-related rules before the experience starts.
- Arrive on time for pickup or meeting points communicated in the final confirmation.
- Follow driver, guide, and attraction safety instructions during the experience.
5. Supplier, Availability, and Operational Changes
Some tours are fulfilled by trusted local operators and attraction providers. Routes, durations, available time slots, entertainment, dining style, and vehicle assignment may change for operational, safety, weather, or regulatory reasons. When possible, we will communicate material changes in advance.
If a requested experience becomes unavailable, we may suggest an alternate slot, a comparable package, or a substitute operator subject to your approval.
6. Liability and Content Ownership
We work to keep information updated and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every website detail will remain unchanged at all times. Images, copy, layout, logos, and original website material remain the property of Dubai Desert Fun unless otherwise noted.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law and subject to the actual scope of the booking made through us. Separate provider terms may also apply to certain attractions or activities.
